Nowdays, we often see people that people are busy in our surroundings specifically, when it comes to professional life or workplace. Being busy is neither an achievement nor a recognition until and unless the quality of work is not deteriorated and you are highly productive and creative.
To be “Busy” has become a new normal and it is really a challenge. We need to consider that, it has also been proven by many researchers that busyness kills creativity, happiness and productivity. 1. Prioritize
To prioritize tasks is essential. You must spend 10-15 minutes to schedule your tasks for the day. It will help to complete all your tasks on time. Being organized help do activities systematically and it will also help people to identify different ways of doing tasks. It will not create any stress at the end of the day and your pending list will also be minimized. To becreative, happy and innovative this formula works well.
2. Say “No”
Some people always say “Yes” when someone assigns work to them. At the end, it will make them feel stressed or over-burdened. It is important to say “No” when it comes to your professional work, until and unless you have completed your tasks first, you should not take other tasks on hand.

5. Avoid Digital Distractions
In our digital world, distractions are all around the world. Even if you work from home, interruptions are everywhere, and unsurprisingly they can wreak havoc with our productivity. The rapid move to remote work has led to a rapid increase in digital noise, as collaboration shifts to Zoom meetings, Skype calls and Slack threads.
Instant virtual communication and the movement of work email and contributes to the pressure to be “always on”. Even if we’re in the middle of an important task, we may feel the need to stop what we’re doing to reply to a new message, but this can hamper our productivity. Considering that it takes nearly it’s no wonder our work’s suffering and we feel busier than ever.
6. Slow down
The last thing when you are stressed with to-dos is to cultivate patience, it would be a part of solution. Do not always ride on treadmill of urgency, just slow down a bit. It will help you to organize your tasks again in between. Stay out of discomfort of slowing down. Don’t be a part of busyness problem, be a part of its solution.
At the end of the day, being busy is a nice escape because you don’t need to think. You cansimply shut off your mind and just go through the motions.
But to do so is to live an unconscious life, and that’s not what you want to be as a growing human being.
