First, a meeting is arranged and pain areas are identified. On the basis of that an agreement with list of Main service areas will be signed. A detailed road map will be shared with the clients with actions to be taken in each defined area. Once road map is determined, execution will be initiated with continuous monitoring of actions taken and defined results will be delivered.
